These gentle, grounding sessions are designed to help you reconnect with the natural world—and with yourself. Over 90 peaceful minutes, we move through a rhythm of guided meditation, sit spot time, and sensory or artistic exercises, all designed to deepen awareness and invite reflection.
Each practice has been carefully chosen from a blend of Western evidence-based methods and timeless traditions passed down through spiritual lineages. The session's flow supports quiet presence, creativity, and optional group sharing, all held in a nurturing outdoor space.
Whether you're looking to slow down, spark your senses, or simply be with nature in a more intentional way, these sessions offer a safe, welcoming space to do just that.
Open to ages 16 and up, these sessions are ideal for anyone seeking stillness, inspiration, or meaningful time outdoors in good company.

When it rains, we will have class. When it is cold, we will have class. When it is hot, we will have class and water and shade.
We strive for the children to experience all types of weather, in order to embrace the values of a forest school. However, to preserve the safety of children and staff, we will carefully assess the weather forecasts and close if conditions warrant such actions. It is at the discretion of the Little Learners to make the decision to dismiss early, open late, or close. In the event of delays or cancellations. In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be credited for a future session. We do have an indoor play space available, so the chances of cancellation are very slim.
